New Delivery & Pickup Policy:

  • Material not picked up / delivered in 30 days from a confirmed paid order will incur storage fees of $0.20 per square foot per month.
  • If delivery is cancelled withing 24 hours , a re-delivery fee of $100 will be charged.
  • All deliveries should be confirmed 3 days prior to the actual delivery date.
  • Sales Orders confirmations without pick up date/time will be cancelled within 48 hours.

New Return Policy and Sale Agreement:

To maintain our level of service and prices we hereby inform you of our return policy and sale agreement:

  • No returns accepted after 15 days from purchase date.
  • All returns must have an RMA form filled by the customer
  • 15% Re-stocking Fee will be applied on all authorized returns.
  • Minimum return quantity on tile, 10 boxes.
  • Minimum return quantity on mosaics, 20 pieces.
  • All material returned MUST be in its original packaging and in good condition.
  • Credits will be processed after 15 days of receiving and applied to the client’s account. NO REFUNDS.
  • No refunds on deposits for Sales Orders/ Estimates if cancelled by customer. A credit will be applied to their account
  • Once material is installed KERTILES is NOT responsible for any claims.
  • This email is considered the agreement approved by the customer unless any change is noted in writing prior to invoicing.
  • Effective as of February 1st 2024 – $160 per pallet via AAA cooper
  • Please inspect material before accepting the delivery and note any damage to the bill prior to signing receipt. Otherwise, claims won’t be accepted by carrier.”

Payments:

Note, we apply the payments we receive against the oldest invoices first. Our bills are due as per established terms.

Payments can be made via INSTANT INVOICE once we issue the invoice.

We accept all major credit cards. Credit Card fees are 3%.

For your convenience, we also accept Checks, Cashier checks, ACH and Wire transfers.

Since January 1st 2023

*A 1.5% monthly late fee payment will apply to the non-paid amount after due date

In order to comply with Florida sale tax law requirements, we would require your new annual resale certificate for 2025. If we do not have this, we are obligated to collect sales tax for Florida starting January 1st, 2025
